Did Google just lose its innocence?

Google now gets access to all the information AOL has collected over all these years, e.g. demographic information about the AOL user base. Looks like Google wants to become the enemy to destroy the enemy. Here are some portfolio related thoughts I had after reading about the Google-AOL deal:

Booyah! Let's play Jim Cramer's Mad Money for a minute:
  1. Google realized: Content is king. Well, Yahoo offers access to high quality content for a long time. Therefore, NasdaqNM:YHOO : buy
  2. Google partnering with AOL means Google significantly cheapened its brand. Therefore, NasdaqNM:GOOG : sell
  3. Time Warner gets rid of 5% of AOL. Therefore, NYSE:TWX : buy
  4. Microsoft pulled of the AOL deal and made Google over-pay. Therefore NasdaqNM:MSFT : buy
  5. The Google AOL deal will force Microsoft and Yahoo to get closer. Therefore, NasdaqNM:YHOO : buy even more.
.. on the other hand, YHOO usually does poorly from January into March or April.
